Crafted in a refined ginjo style, this sake highlights the beautifully aromatic character of premium yuzu sourced from Kōchi Prefecture—widely regarded as Japan’s finest yuzu-growing region. To this, we add fresh lime grown in Kona on Hawai‘i Island, creating a bright, layered citrus profile.
The result is a sake with an expressive fragrance and a clean, refreshing finish. The addition of Kona lime brings a crisp edge, enhancing the natural depth of the yuzu and giving the sake a lively, uplifting character.
Light and invigorating, it can be enjoyed on its own or as a cocktail-style sake. Its refreshing acidity makes it an excellent companion to a wide range of dishes, while also shining as a standalone aperitif.
