Crafted in a delicate ginjo style, this sake preserves the elegance and purity of traditional Japanese brewing while gently incorporating the bright aroma of lilikoi (passion fruit). The fruit is used with restraint, creating a soft, refined expression that enhances—rather than overpowers—the character of the sake.
The passion fruit is sourced from Hawai‘i Island, grown along the lush Hāmākua Coast and in our own brewery garden, capturing the essence of the island in every sip.
With its smooth mouthfeel and subtle, refreshing acidity, this sake pairs beautifully with a wide range of dishes—especially sushi, sashimi, and simply grilled white fish.
